Christmas at the wall

During the Christmas holiday you might be able to see a special light show at the wall of Avila.

If you are there do go and see the show – even though it is mainly for the Spanish kids.

Avila is one of the amazing old towns you find in the highlands around Madrid.

The city is surrounded by a long wall and the main highlight of the city is indeed the wall.

You can go and walk along the wall when you visit the city.
